Inaccurate/Wrong Hat

THE GOOD: timely shipment & functional hat
THE BAD: Inaccurate advertising & poor quality. I received a hat with a different logo, olive/holly branches on the brim, and adjustable. I like the olive branches, but was disappointed with the logo (looks more like wings/leaves with an anchor in the middle).
The hat was dirt cheap and rather poor quality. But it will function well on the occasional drunken cruise. Prepare yourself for the wrong hat and a debate whether to keep it or complain. I chose to just keep it.

I ordered item for a Xmas present. Never received item. Seller informs that USPS delivered on time. They did not obtain signature for item. Could not get a replacement unless I paid for another one. Rude and unprofessional. Did not provide a refund...kept my money for item and shipping.
