Adjusters, Auto Bodily Injury Adjusters & Total Loss

Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: Temporary, Temporary-to-Hire and
Direct Hire openings available
Salary: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour / $37k-$50k
annual salary
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of direct Auto Property claims handling experience;
specifically in the areas of coverage, investigation, evaluation
and negotiation
- Multi-jurisdictional claims handling experience required
- Ability to review, analyze and process moderate to complex
auto property damage and /or bodily injury cases
- Establish adequate claim reserves according to potential
claim exposures
- Provide superior verbal and written customer service
- Documentation of claim activity with emphasis on examining
potential subrogation recoveries from other sources
- Participate in training and serving as a technical resource
for less experienced claims staff through mentoring or other
related projects
- Provide superior skills in claim evaluation, damages,
documentation and negotiation
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency necessary
- Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills
in a multi-tasking environment
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced claims environment
- Must be able to start assignment immediately
