Develop local relationships and become the person people call about boating projects in your region.

03

A shared course

Move forward under the Yachting Boat name, with a method, professional tools and support.

The profession

Build a business in yachting, with a clear course.

A yacht broker listens to a project, understands a boat, brings a seller and a buyer together, then guides every step through to the sale. It is a profession built on the field, trust and freedom, for people who want to create something of their own.

01 · Autonomy

Build your own activity.

Organise your day, create relationships and grow a strong local presence.

02 · Know-how

Learn a complete profession.

A training programme prepares you for prospecting, mandates, viewings, negotiation and file management.

03 · Support

Move forward with clear bearings.

A name, a method and professional tools, so you can focus on boats and clients.

Areas to develop

Your territory is where the boats are.

From the Mediterranean to the Atlantic, every boating area has its own ports, professionals and stories. We want to meet candidates who know their region and want to build a lasting activity there.

Before you get in touch

Useful answers.

Do I need to be a broker already?

No. Experience in sales, business or boating is welcome, but we mainly look at your knowledge of the area, your people skills and your willingness to learn the profession.

What kind of person are you looking for?

Someone autonomous, reliable and comfortable with people. You need to enjoy listening, prospecting, travelling, negotiating and following the details of a file all the way through.

Is this a salaried position?

No. The project is for entrepreneurs who want to develop an independent activity through their own company, under the Yachting Boat name.

Is training included?

Yes. A structured training and support programme is planned before you start. Its content, organisation and financial terms are explained clearly during the conversations, before any commitment.

Is my area available?

Every application is reviewed in light of the area, your local knowledge and the development you have in mind. A first conversation lets us look at it with you in practical terms.

Does a first conversation commit me to anything?

No. It is a chance to understand your plans, introduce the profession and simply see whether we would like to take the conversation further together.

Your move

Your next professional chapter could start here.
